Velvet may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site and the Features without notice for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated any law or these Terms.
You agree to access the Site and the Features only through the interfaces we provide. You agree not to “hack” the Site or the Features, take any action that could damage the Site or the Features or their security, or interfere with users’ use of the Site or the Features. You also agree not to cause or permit any computerized or mechanical process to access or collect content from the Site or the Features, or to send unsolicited or unlawful email to or through the Site or the Features. You agree not to use or launch any automated system that accesses the Site or the Features in a manner that sends more query messages to Velvet’s servers within a given period than a human could reasonably generate during the same period while using the Site. You may not decrypt any content unless specifically permitted by Velvet. A separate document, the “Privacy Policy” (the “Policy”), explains how Velvet handles personal information it collects about you while you use the Site and its Features. By using this Site, you implicitly agree to this Policy.
Certain Features available on the Site require registration or a subscription. If you choose to register for or subscribe to such a Feature, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information about yourself as required by the registration or subscription process and to promptly update such information as necessary to ensure that it remains accurate and complete.

You agree to comply with all other copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in or relating to the Content that you may access through the Site and/or the Features.
Velvet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display the Site and/or the Features on your computer or other electronic device solely for single-screen viewing and for making one copy for personal, non-commercial backup or printing purposes, provided that you do not modify the Content and that you retain all copyright notices.

IV. decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or reverse engineer the Site or the Features and their components, including, without limitation, the software, or assist anyone in doing so.
Nothing on the Site or in the Features shall be construed as granting you any right, title, interest, or other license in the software incorporated into or contained on the Site or in the Features or that may be downloaded from the Site, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights in the software.
If you have authorized a minor to browse the Site or use the Features, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
I. their online behaviour;
II. monitoring their access to and use of the Site and/or the Features; and
III. the consequences of any misuse of the Site and/or the Features by them.

These Terms and the Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Velvet and supersede any other prior agreement between you and Velvet. You may not assign or transfer the Terms or the Policy or any rights and/or obligations thereunder. Velvet’s failure to exercise or enforce any right granted under the Terms or the Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of the Terms or the Policy is unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions of the Terms and the Policy shall remain in full force and effect, as applicable.
